I will worship and serve at nineteen:ten church. I will represent nineteen:ten church in a God honoring manner in the community. I will have a willingness to serve people and show kindness. I will have a heart for people and prayer. I will take seriously the responsibility of Christian freedom, especially actions or situations that could present a stumbling block to another. I will do all my work heartily, as for the Lord (Col. 3:23). I will treat church property as well as I would treat my own – or better. I will be honest and above reproach, maintaining integrity in all I say and do. I will respect those that the Lord has placed in authority over me. I will to do the following when I sin: confess my sin to God and to fellow believers and repent and seek help to put my sin to death (Rom. 8:13; Col. 3:5; James 5:16; 1 John 1:6-10).
Statement of discipline/accountability- I agree to enter into biblical discipline/accountability when I do not live a life that matches the lifestyle agreement. Discipline could include the following process: A verbal reprimand is a statement by a supervisor to an employee, usually pointing out an unsatisfactory element of job performance, that is intended to be corrective or cautionary. A verbal reprimand informally defines an area of needed improvement, sets up goals for improvement, and informs the employee that failure to improve may result in more serious actions. A written reprimand is the first level of formal discipline held on file. Discharge – Leadership Academy is based on a mutual agreement, and therefore if a resident breaks the agreement by having 3 written reprimands, leadership has the option of discharging the resident from the program.
