Plank

Planking is a basic exercise that targets an individual’s core, the area of the body containing most major organs. Through the strengthening of the core, all other body movements and functions are enhanced. The same is true in the church. There are core areas that strengthen and allow us to flourish. We are wise not to neglect these areas as they launch us towards spiritual vitality.
